Every listing passes through two category specialists working independently. The intake desk never prices or lists what it has assessed, so no piece goes on the catalogue without a second expert sign-off.
Funds are held by an independent escrow agent and only released once the buyer confirms the piece matches its provenance record. Either side can dispute before release, and the agent settles from the paperwork rather than from either party’s word.
Authenticity is guaranteed for the life of the piece, not the life of the transaction. If a specialist has signed off and the piece turns out not to be what we said, the buyer is refunded in full and we cover insured shipping both ways.
