What happens next

Your piece is handled by humans, in order.

  1. 1. You'll get an email with a reference ID within a minute. Keep it for any future correspondence.
  2. 2. A specialist reviews what you sent against category-specific markers (serial formats, dial font, stitching gauge, leather grain).
  3. 3. A second specialist, unconnected to intake, signs off. No piece lists on a single opinion.
  4. 4. We email you with insured-shipping instructions only after both specialist reports are in. Until then, do not ship the piece.
